About the course
Red Nose's Safe Sleep eLearning is based on the latest scientific evidence and developed by our experts to help keep the babies in your care safe.
The advanced course is designed for nursery staff and centre directors, this course gives educators an in-depth understanding of the six safe sleeping recommendations, safe settling, safe sleep environments, National Quality Framework, monitoring and supervision, individual risk assessments and what to do in an emergency.
In addition to keeping babies in your care safe, following the Red Nose Safe Sleep eLearning course will help you to meet your regulatory requirements as an educator, manager or nominated supervisor.
The course will take approximately 2 hours to complete, and learners will be issued a certificate of completion which is valid for 12 months.
Payment and Course Access
I'm paying with card
If you pay by card you will receive an email within 1 business day with your unique registration token and instructions on how your staff can use it to register their own eLearning account and start the training. Check your junk and spam folders if you don't see this in your inbox.
I need an invoice
If you need an invoice for your finance department, select "Bank Deposit" at checkout and you will receive an invoice within 1-2 business days. Once you provide proof of payment you will receive an email with your unique registration token and instructions on how your staff can use it to register their own eLearning account and start the training. Check your junk and spam folders if you don't see this in your inbox.
Registration Token Expiry
Your registration token is valid to be used for 12 months or until all allocations are exhausted, whichever comes first. The exact expiry date will be included with the token. Make sure to use up all your tokens prior to the expiry date as we do not grant any extensions.
30-day access period
Once a learner activates their eLearning account using their registration token, they have a total of 30 days to complete the course before their eLearning account is automatically deactivated. We do not grant any extensions beyond the 30-day access period. By registering their account, your learner is committing to completing the course within 30 days. If your learner fails to complete the course within 30 days, another purchase must be made to regain access.
