Webinar Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Policy 

  • For cancellations to be eligible for a refund, Red Nose must be notified in writing (via email to training@rednose.org.au) at least 3 business days before the scheduled webinar.
  • Cancellations made within 3 business days of the webinar are non-refundable.

Rescheduling by Participants

  • Participants may reschedule their booking to another available date up to 24 hours before their scheduled webinar via the rescheduling link in their booking confirmation email. 
  • We do not process rescheduling requests manually - participants are advised to click the rescheduling link in their booking confirmation email and follow the prompts. If there are less than 24 hours until the scheduled webinar, the participant has missed the window to reschedule.
  • Participants who arrive late for any reason (e.g. timezone mix up, traffic, technical difficulties etc.) and are not admitted to the session are not eligible to reschedule or receive a refund.
  • No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a webinar due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If we cancel a webinar, participants will be provided with a full refund (or issued an additional token use) and directed to reschedule to a new date/time.
