PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS
This product is meant for MANAGERS/DIRECTORS etc. who wish to buy the course for their staff to complete. The price of $38.50 is per person, not per group. Simply input the number of staff members requiring course access into the quantity box and proceed to checkout.
Please keep in mind that access is not immediate. You will receive a registration token with access instructions for your staff via email within approximately 1 business day after your purchase.

About the course
Red Nose's Foundations of Safe Sleep for Early Childhood Educators eLearning is based on the latest scientific evidence and developed by our experts to help keep the babies in your care safe.
This course is designed to introduce sleep safety, leaving you with a good understanding of how the Red Nose recommendations help to keep babies and young children safe.
In addition to keeping babies in your care safe, following the Red Nose Safe Sleep eLearning course will help you to meet your regulatory requirements as an educator, manager or nominated supervisor.
The course will take approximately 1 hour to complete, and learners will be issued a certificate of completion which is valid for 12 months.

Card Payment
You will receive an email within approx. 1 business day of your purchase with a registration token and instructions on how your learners can use it to access the course. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders if you don't see this in your inbox.
Bank Transfer - Receive an Invoice
Some users may wish to receive an invoice so that their employer can pay for their course. This payment method allows you to make a purchase through our site and receive an invoice to your inbox by the next business day. You would then send the invoice to your finance department who would make the payment and send remittance advice to us.
Once we confirm receipt of payment (which may take up to a week if you do not send remittance advice), you will receive an email with a registration token and instructions on how your learners can use it to access the course. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders if you don't see this in your inbox.
Registration Token Expiry
Your registration token is valid to be used for 12 months or until all allocations are exhausted, whichever comes first. The exact expiry date will be sent to you along with your token. Make sure to use up all your tokens prior to the expiry date as we do not grant any extensions.
30-day access period
Once a learner activates their eLearning account using their registration token, they have a total of 30 days to complete the course before their eLearning account is automatically deactivated. We do not grant any extensions beyond the 30-day access period. By registering their account, your learner is committing to completing the course within 30 days of activating their account. If your learner fails to complete the course within 30 days, another purchase must be made to regain access.
